The Amata is a vehicle featured in Midnight Club: Street Racing.

Description[]

The Amata Fiorenza is inspired by the Italian supercars from its time, with Lamborghini and Ferrari being notable examples, while the rear end of the car resembles the Tommykaira ZZ-II. The Crescendo, however, is based on the Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (R34) with the front fascia resembling that of the Honda S2000.

The Amata series of vehicles are fast but hard to control, with the exception of the Crescendo.

Trivia[]

  • "Fiorenza" means prosperous or from flowers in Italian, while "crescendo" means a gradual increase in loudness, or the moment when a noise or piece of music is at its loudest, suggesting the Crescendo's extremely fast performance and its high number of nitro shots.
  • The Crescendo, which is based on the Nissan Skyline, was supposed to be a separate car, evidenced by its unused selection sound, SkySel.vag, and its unused vp_skyline, vp_skylineclassa, and vp_skylineclassb models from earlier versions (absent in final game's files).
    • Also, another Fiorenza with different hood and rims was supposed to be on the Amata group, evidenced by its model vp_ferrariclassb, which is not present in the final game's files.
