Andrew is a character in Midnight Club: Los Angeles. He is also available as an online character.

Background

Andrew runs his own crew of street racers. Toshi, Fumiko, Jin, and Chung Hee are all part of Andrew's crew.

Storyline

In the storyline, Booke wants the player to meet some new people Downtown, telling him that Andrew hangs out on Broadway. The player then meets Andrew and Jin, and after a funny exchange, the player enters a pinkslip race to win Jin's Nissan 350Z. Jin's car breaks down during the race, leading to a win for the player.

After the race, the player gets a call from Andrew, challenging him to a race in his Mazda RX-8.

Later, Andrew calls the player again, challenging him to a race in B-class vehicles. After Andrew is defeated, he tells the player to get some practice riding a motorcycle, then to go meet him in the Hills.

Andrew then calls the player telling him about a time trial opening in the Hills, and to find his friend Marcel cruising in the Hills to post the best time.

Later in the story, Jin damages out Booke's Mercedes-Benz S600, and Booke tells the player to damage out Jin's Mazda RX-7 as payback. This catches Andrew's attention since Jin is one of Andrew's boys. Andrew chooses to settle the affair with a team race, with the Protagonist (MCLA) and Booke on one team, and Andrew and Jin on the other.

After the player gets some experience with motorcycles by winning 6 races with one, he challenges him to a race in the Hills.

After the race, Andrew tells the player about some people that race out of the car wash in the Valley. The player must win the series race in the Valley, with Toshi being one of the player's opponents.

Eventually Andrew calls the player one final time, to another race on motorcycles.
