This guide provides a walkthrough on how the player should progress through the second part of Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, which takes place in Atlanta, Georgia.
Entering Atlanta[]
Atlanta DUB Tournament[]
When you enter Atlanta via a City Movers, you will be spawned near Apone Team Racing (in the REMIX version of the game). After this, a tournament hosted by DUB Magazine will be held, rewarding the player with the Cadillac Escalade EXT DUB Edition. You can sell the prize later during Detroit if you need money for an Exotic supercar, particularly the McLaren F1 LM or Saleen S7, though the S7 costs 50% more than the F1, unlesss you decided to win the Chrysler ME Four-Twelve.
You should have one of the vehicles in your possession, or the Lexus IS300 fully upgraded with level 2 parts. Use it until you open Detroit.
Dre[]
This guy drives a totally pimped out, red Cadillac Escalade, and represents the Big Playas, the SUV/Truck Club. When you beat this guy, he will get you invited to race against the Big Playas.
His first race will be in Take 'Er Easy. Use your Toyota Supra, Nissan 350Z, Lotus Elise or Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII with level 1 upgrades or a maxed out Lexus IS300 to take down this ultra-heavy Escalade. If you beat Vito and Naomi beforehand, you can leave Dre until the postgame.
Roy (first encounter)[]
This guy's a member of the American Royalty Car Club. He initially drives a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T.
He has four races, just like Phil. Use your Evo, 350Z, Elise or Supra to take down this old muscle.
Vito[]
This biker rides a black Ducati Monster S4R, and, as Oscar says, he looks more concerned about his hair than racing. As soon as you beat this guy, the Original Riders challenge you. These guys ride Sport Bikes, and you don't have one... Yet. Go back to Cruise Mode. As soon as you hit the road again, a message pops up on screen saying that the Hotlanta Tournament is open. Win and you earn a Ducati SS1000, allowing you to get a start on the Original Riders club races.
The Supra, 350Z, Elise or Lancer is still the recommended vehicle to take on this biker, or you can leave him behind to allow his second and third races to pay more when you revisit him after becoming US Champion (if Dre and Cheng were defeating during the main storyline).
Second Round of Atlanta Racers[]
Hotlanta Tournament[]
Another Autocross Tournament, organized by the Original Riders to get you started in their club races. Win and you will earn the Ducati SS1000. Be careful, since this is a sport bike, it will initially have no nitrous, and can only have two nitrous maxed, like D-Class cars, and every crash knocks you off the bike. Stick with a level 1 Class C tuner or a maxed Class D car instead for the rest of Atlanta until you unlock level 2 upgrades for Class C vehicles or Class B vehicles.
Cheng[]
A racer from the Unbeatable Street Racers that drives a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII. He is one of the few optional racers to defeat. He is one of the two Detroit Gatekeepers, along with Naomi.
Continue with the said Tuner on this challenge. You will unlock Class B vehicles at some point in the game. Ignore those until later.
Lamont[]
Lamont, a member of the Big Playas who drives a blue Chevrolet Silverado SS. It's a hot concept Truck that's built for speed, but still doesn't go all that fast.
Due to it's heavy weight, he is an easy racer, even with an upgraded C-Class tuner or maxed Class D car. Once you beat him, Roy will begin seeking for revenge, and if you haven’t beaten Dre yet, the Big Playas will invite the player to their club.
Naomi[]
A challenging racer from the Chopper of America Bike Club, be careful, she rides a Hotmatch Skully, the fastest Chopper in the game, and the reward for the said bike club. Thankfully, she is an optional racer if you have defeated Cheng, who is also one of the two gatekeepers to Detroit.
If you can, use your C-Class Tuner to take her down, and upgrade it if you unlock Level 2 upgrades for Class C vehicles. You can later revisit her in any of the higher end Exotic supercars if you have already beaten Cheng, therefore, increasing payouts especially after becoming US Champion.
Finale[]
Roy (second encounter)[]
Roy knew you taught him a lesson for the first time, and now, he wants revenge on you. This time, he drives a 1999 Dodge Charger R/T Concept.
Although this rematch is possibly the third racer you face, you also need to defeat one of Cheng or Naomi to enter Detroit.
Use your max upgraded C-Class Tuner to beat him, and if you do, you open Detroit (if you also have defeated Cheng or Naomi) and unlock Level 2 Upgrades for Class C vehicles and possibly Level 1 Upgrades for Class B vehicles. Make sure you have won all previous races of Unbeatable Street Racers before heading off to Detroit.
