"Looks like By Invitation Only is back in Tokyo and holding a tournament of their own. Get yourself into an exotic, and show them that you're not afraid of a little speed. We're a lot of money, he he he he he. Know what I mean?" - Tomoya
"Exotics only! Only the club's best members are here from the States. Win and you'll receive a 1998 Gemballa F355." - Nav System description

The player must show up in an exotic car, otherwise they will be denied entry, the tournament icon will be grayed out in the Nav System, and hidden from the map until they enter cruise in an Exotic car.
The player races against four random exotic-driving opponents, in which the first race will take place in Super Joy, the second being Shortcuts, the third in Drift, the fourth being Ginza Circuit and the final race being Asakusa Circuit.

Rewards[]
Upon completing the tournament, the player earns $25,000 and the 1998 Gemballa F355 being added to their garage, as well as being unlocked for regular use.
If the player has a full garage upon winning the tournament, or has already obtained an F355 early through illegitimate means, the player will be given $200,000 as a compensation for the inability to store the prize.
Trivia[]
- Although this tournament is technically unlocked upon starting Tokyo Challenge, the player must either win the City Tournament (Detroit), Original Riders Club Races or unlock Class A vehicles for purchase in order to take part in the tournament. This is due to the following reasons.
- As all Exotics are in Class A, upon defeating Ceasar in his first encounter, the By Invitation Only club will grant the player the right to race in their club, and organize the City Tournament (Detroit) that awards the Cadillac Cien as a starter vehicle for the said club's races. The player must either win the tournament or unlock the purchasable Class A vehicles to be able to take part in the tournament.
- As the Original Riders club races reward the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R, a Class A Sports Bike, winning said bike will allow the player to take part in the Imperial Palace Tournament, a Class A vehicles only tournament, once it is opened. Unlike this tournament, the aforementioned tournament also allows the player to use the Class A sport bikes, which winning the tournament awards the player the Pagani Zonda C-12 S, and the player can take part in the By Invitation Only tournament, even before obtaining any other exotics.
