The City Movers are a location in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition. The main purpose of this is to change the city the player races in. It is characterized by having two garage doors pertaining to the entrance of the city where the player wants to go to.

Process[]

The player must step near the City Transport in their current city, once the player steps into the Movers entrance door, which is the same as the garage door, the doors will open, The player must drive to the dock with the city name they want to head to, once the player enters the movement dock, the player will be presented with an alert saying Changing City, While a song from the results screen plays, the system will save the player's data to the PS2 Memory Card/Xbox Hard Drive/PSP Memory Stick. After the loading screen, the player will be finally sent near the city transport of the new city (original version)/near the new city's garage (Remix).

Moving in Career[]

Moving in Career Mode is when the player steps into the City Transport while in Career Mode. When the player heads in, the screen will transition to the Changing City screen, and will save the player's data immediately, before spawning in the new city's mover entrance (non-REMIX)/garage entrance (REMIX).

Moving in Arcade[]

In Arcade, the player can enter the City Movers garage during Cruise which will spawn the player in the Test Drive spawn point (which varies in the original version, while REMIX spawns the player nearer to the garage).

Moving to Tokyo (Remix)[]

There is no City Movers in Tokyo, nor a dock of Tokyo in any of the US Cities' Movers, in order to move from the US to Tokyo and vice versa, the player must open the pause screen, select Go to Menus, and select Tokyo Challenge (if the player moves to Tokyo)/Career (if the player will move to the US) from the main menu.

Differences between original and Remix[]

In the original version, going into the City Transport in the career will send the player near the new city's City Transport Movers area (in career)/to the area where the player starts in Test Drive, in the Remix version, the player is instead sent nearer to the city's garage.
