Class A is the highest class in the Midnight Club Series, in which it depicts extremely high-performance vehicles.
In Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition[]
Class A vehicles are unlocked by winning several races against street racers in Detroit, typically during the 5th racer in the city, though it may vary in different playthroughs, The Imperial Palace Tournament in Tokyo, is restricted to using any A-Class vehicle.
Class A vehicles are solely reserved for the exotic supercars, and are the only car type in the said class. aside from the supercars, there are also three Sport Bikes in Class A. While the supercars can only have their nitro capacity increased in the Performance Shop, being the same as the Class B cars, the bikes have several performance upgrades that when fully upgraded, will put their performance at par with the high-end exotics, except for their obvious weaknesses, such as having the nitrous capacity of the Class D cars.
During the Detroit portion of Career Mode, the player can unlock the upgrades for Class A vehicles right after unlocking level 3 tires for Class B vehicles, which varies depending if the player won enough street races or any of the Detroit tournaments.
The exotics, despite all being in Class A, are divided into two groups, one for the lower and middle-end, that can be faced by other Class A vehicles, most Class B vehicles, or the Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (R34), while the higher end is encountered by driving any of those exotics with already a third or fourth nitrous tank, and cannot face other vehicles in most races.
Non-Prize[]
The following vehicles are unlocked during the Detroit portion of the Career.
Prize[]
Except for the Lamborghini Murciélago VT, all Class A prize vehicles can be won even before unlocking the purchasable Class A vehicles.
Upgrades[]
Upgrades for Class A vehicles are unlocked based on the player's progression in Detroit. There is a known circumstance that delays the unlocking of said upgrades if the City Tournament (Detroit) was done before unlocking Level 2 Performance Parts for Class A vehicles.

Trivia[]
Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition[]
- The Gemballa GT 750 can be considered more of a Class A SUV due to having higher performance than most other SUVs or pickup trucks, and costing more than most exotic cars, the only exceptions being the Saleen S7 (naturally aspirated), Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren or Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR.
- This is presumably due to Class A being reserved for exotics/sport bikes.
- The McLaren F1 LM, Chrysler ME Four-Twelve, Pagani Zonda C-12 S, Lamborghini Murciélago VT, Saleen S7 (naturally aspirated) and Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR can be considered as Class S vehicles due to being unable to encounter any vehicle other than mentioned when upgraded with extra Nitrous, or Class A sport bikes in regular City Races, and typically are the opponents in late-game races.
- All Class A Sport Bikes, can encounter Lamborghini Diablo VT or Gemballa F355 opponents even when maxed out and having a very high skill rating, likely due to having Class D nitro capacity.
- Their opposition is still slightly higher than stock high-end exotics, which can also encounter Lamborghini Gallardo Coupe or Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren opponents.
Midnight Club: Los Angeles[]
- Although the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 and Ducati 1098R were displayed in the garage with a higher speed rating, with the Ninja only having better handling stats than the 1098R, and both bikes having the quickest acceleration of all vehicles in the game, their actual top speed is lower than most Exotics.
- Top Speed is outperformed by the Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, Lamborghini Murciélago Roadster, Ford Shelby Cobra Concept and Audi R8 4.2 FSi Quattro (post-South Central buff), which can exceed 245 mph (394 km/h) even without any nitrous, the Ford GT having a top speed of 243 mph (393 km/h), the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder having a top speed of 241 mph (388 km/h), while the ZX-14 and 1098R have a top speed of 235 mph (378 km/h) and 237 mph (381 km/h) respectively.
- Despite this, a maxed Ninja ZX-14 has a maximum nitro speed of 258 mph (415 km/h), while the maxed 1098R can hit speed as high as 263 mph (423 km/h) while continuous Nitrous have been used.
- The Ducati 999R, despite being a Group 3 vehicle, owing to being a Sport Bike, is an A-Class vehicle due to it's higher acceleration and handling, despite having a top speed at par with the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR or Audi RS4.
