Club Races are a series of races organized by the Car Clubs. The races themselves are marked with a yellow star on the Nav System.

Club Races are unlocked by defeating a certain hookman racer, once the club challenges the player, a tournament would usually be organized to reward the player a vehicle that will help them throughout the Club Races.

Each club drives a different vehicle type, and sets 13-16 races across all three US cities. Completing each Club Race unlocks some unlockables for the vehicle type. The third race rewards the player a Special Ability (Zone for Tuners, Sport Bikes and Exotics) (Agro for SUV/Trucks and Luxury sedans (except for the Lexus SC430 and both Mercedes-Benz SL (R230) (which get Zone instead) and Roar (for Muscle Cars and Choppers.)

Completing an entire club rewards the player with a vehicle from the same type as the Club (or it's purchase price if the player illegally obtained the prize early or had a full garage at the time of winning the final race).

Club Races' cash payouts also depend on the player's story progress, for example, if the player did Club Races after completing the U.S. Championship Series, the player will earn as low as $14,000 to more than $20,000 per race.
