Background

Henry cruises in Hollywood, Downtown, the Hollywood Hills, and the Beaches. He drives a white with black fade Datsun 280Z, a black Buick Grand National GNX, a red Chevrolet Camaro Concept and a black/dark gray Ford GT.

Storyline

After the player meets Booke, he introduces the player to Henry. The player must beat Henry in a race. Later in the game, Karol calls the player telling him that Henry is the contact for the Beaches Tournament, and to look him up if he wants to enter it. Karol does the same for the Beaches "DUB" Tournament.
