The Skully is a custom built chopper from the workshop of Matt Hotch, the owner of Matt Hotch Designs. It has been assumed Rockstar merged Matt's first and last names to invent the fictional manufacturer, Hotmatch.

Acquisition[]
The Skully is added to the player's garage once the Chopper of America Bike Club races have been completed. If the player completes the said races with a full garage, the player will be given $65,000 instead, but will unlock the said bike for purchase.
Trivia[]
- The Skully is the only vehicle to be used by two different hookmen, namely Naomi and Spider.
- Spider uses the Skully during the U.S. Championship Series, while Naomi's encounter can happen anytime during the storyline, even as late as after becoming a U.S. Champion, since the player only needs to defeat one of Cheng or Naomi to enter Detroit.
- The Hotmatch Skully has the highest handling stat of all Choppers.
