Hugo is a character in Midnight Club: Los Angeles.
Background[]
Hugo was born and raised in a tough neighborhood in Downtown LA. He started racing in his early 20's. He runs a tight racing crew by young drivers, some of them include Victor , Oswaldo , Dora and Miguel who dominate the downtown racing scene. His hangout is on Grand Street and the theater district, both in Downtown. When it comes to Hugo, what you see is what you get. He's a straight-talking, no-nonsense guy with little patience for people who pretend to be something when they're not. This is what makes him the most loco racer on the streets of Los Angeles.
