The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R is a sports bike available in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition.

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R can be won after completing the Original Riders bike club races in the main Career Mode. The Ninja is the fastest normal sports bike in the game (excluding the Kawasaki Police 1000, which is classed as a police vehicle).
It can rival with the Police 1000 in terms of top speed and acceleration. Its handling is also great, but lower than the Aprilia RSV Mille 1000R Factory and Ducati 999R.
Owing to being a motorcycle, the player should be careful with this vehicle because one wrong move and the rider will be bucked off the bike, taking 5 seconds to remount. As with the other motorcycles in the game, the ZX-12R only has the nitrous capacity of the Class D cars, meaning it starts out with no nitrous, and can only have up to two nitrous when maxed.
Despite the stats indicating the Ninja ZX-12R has 93.6 acceleration and a perfect 100 speed stat when fully upgraded, the Pagani Zonda C-12 S and Chrysler ME Four-Twelve actually outperform ZX-12R's fully upgraded stats (their true stats suggest the same acceleration and speed as the maxed ZX-12R, but with 91.1 handling). This is due to the bikes' reduced nitro capacity and it's possibility of encountering Lamborghini Diablo VT or Gemballa F355 opponents even at max level.

Stats - Fully Upgraded
Despite the stats suggesting that a max upgraded Ninja ZX-12R having a top speed rating of 100, the Chrysler ME Four-Twelve and Pagani Zonda C-12 S' true stats confirm that the AMG-powered Exotics have the highest top speed of all vehicles in the game, with a maxed ZX-12R having a lower top speed.

Acquisition[]
The bike can be unlocked by completing all Sport Bike Club Races in the Original Riders Club. The bike will then be added to the player's garage or given $10,999 instead if the player's garage is full at the time of the completion of the said club, or the Ninja being obtained early through illegal means.
Usage[]
Out of all progression-related races, the Ninja ZX-12R is eligible to participate in the following races, owing to how earliest possible the player can win the bike, though the player must be good at riding bikes to use it properly, and until the player unlocks upgrades for Class A vehicles, the ZX-12R will have lower performance and no nitro tanks, due to the bikes' nitrous capacity being the same as Class D cars:
- San Diego, California street Racers: Carlos or Bishop (whichever was not defeated to progress to Phil
- Atlanta, Georgia street Racers: Dre and Cheng or Naomi (depending on who was used to open Detroit; Vito isn't eligible due to being required to be defeated to challenge the Original Riders)
- Detroit, Michigan street Racers: All racers
- US Tournaments: All US Career tournaments except one of City Tournament (San Diego), Stage Tournament or Balboa Park Tournament, since one is required to challenge Vanessa's second rematch.
- All U.S. Championship Series races.
- Tokyo Tournaments: Original Riders Tournament and Imperial Palace Tournament
- All 34 Tokyo Challenge races.
