The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R is a sports bike available in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition.

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R can be won after completing the Original Riders bike club races in the main Career Mode. The Ninja is the fastest normal sports bike in the game (excluding the Kawasaki Police 1000, which is classed as a police vehicle).
It can rival with the Police 1000 in terms of top speed and acceleration. Its handling is also great, but lower than the Aprilia RSV Mille 1000R Factory and Ducati 999R.
Owing to being a motorcycle, the player should be careful with this vehicle because one wrong move and the rider will be bucked off the bike, taking 5 seconds to remount. As with the other motorcycles in the game, the ZX-12R only has the nitrous capacity of the Class D cars, meaning it starts out with no nitrous, and can only have up to two nitrous when maxed.
When fully upgraded, the Ninja ZX-12R boasts an insane 93.6 acceleration and 100 top speed rating, tying the Chrysler ME Four-Twelve and Pagani Zonda C-12 S for the highest top speed of all vehicles in the game, despite the stats indicating lower speed stats. All three vehicles can reach around 265 mph (426 km/h) without nitrous, and 300 mph (483 km/h) with nitrous, however, unlike the other two, the ZX-12R requires two nitrous purged to reach the latter speed.

- Despite the garage stats stating the Ninja ZX-12R is the only vehicle with a 100 speed stat, the Pagani Zonda C-12 S and Chrysler ME Four-Twelve tie the ZX-12R for the highest top speed of all vehicles in the game.

Acquisition[]
The bike can be unlocked by completing all Sport Bike Club Races in the Original Riders Club. The bike will then be added to the player's garage or given $10,999 instead if the player's garage is full at the time of the completion of the said club, or the Ninja being obtained early through illegal means.
Usage[]
Out of all progression-related races, the Ninja ZX-12R is eligible to participate in the following races, owing to how earliest possible the player can win the bike, though the player must be good at riding bikes to use it properly, and until the player unlocks upgrades for Class A vehicles, the ZX-12R will have lower performance and no nitro tanks, due to the bikes' nitrous capacity being the same as Class D cars:
- San Diego, California street Racers: Carlos or Bishop (whichever was not defeated to progress to Phil
- Atlanta, Georgia street Racers: Dre and Cheng or Naomi (depending on who was used to open Detroit; Vito isn't eligible due to being required to be defeated to challenge the Original Riders)
- Detroit, Michigan street Racers: All racers
- US Tournaments: All US Career tournaments except one of City Tournament (San Diego), Stage Tournament or Balboa Park Tournament, since one is required to challenge Vanessa's second rematch.
- All U.S. Championship Series races.
- Tokyo Tournaments: Original Riders Tournament and Imperial Palace Tournament
- All 34 Tokyo Challenge races.

- Once fully upgraded, the Ninja ZX-12R is listed with a 93.6 acceleration and 100 top speed stat, tying the Chrysler ME Four-Twelve and Pagani Zonda C-12 S for the highest top speed in-game, although out-accelerated by the McLaren F1 LM.
- The Ninja, along with the Aprilia RSV Mille 1000R Factory and both AMG-powered Exotics mentioned above, the ZX-12R is capable of reaching 299.9 mph (483 km/h), although this requires both Nitrous to be used.
- Alongside the Cadillac Cien, the Ninja ZX-12R may be the first Class A vehicle the player unlocks, provided they complete the Original Riders before doing any of the Detroit activities.
- This method can also be done to obtain the Pagani Zonda C-12 S early.
- Despite the stats indicating it has the highest top speed, while it should normally encounter the Lamborghini Murciélago VT, Chrysler ME Four-Twelve Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR, McLaren F1 LM, Saleen S7 (naturally aspirated) and Pagani Zonda C-12 S, the ZX-12R can occasionally encounter Lamborghini Diablo VT and Gemballa F355 opponents, even when fully upgraded.
- Also, the ZX-12R can be occasionally encountered, along with the two 1998 pop-up headlight REMIX only exotics in Tokyo City Races, with any of the fully upgraded A-Class sport bikes, which the higher-end exotics cannot even encounter at all.
- This is due to Sport Bikes being limited to the Class D Nitrous capacity.
