Leo is a character in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition.
Background[]
Upon entering Detroit following Roy's second defeat, along with the defeat of one of Cheng or Naomi, Leo begins to search for someone to challenge him. He is a member of the American Royalty Car Club, who drives a 1981 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28.

- It is possible to legitimately race Leo with the Pagani Zonda C-12 S, if one finished the Original Riders Club Races, and used the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R to win the Imperial Palace Tournament.
