Leon used to be part of a band, according to a comment made by the Player.
Storyline[]
Leon is the Hills Champ, one of the three regional champs who must be defeated before the player can race against Booke to become City Champ. He is also the contact for the Hollywood Tournament and the Hollywood "DUB" Tournament. He is also one of the freeway racers.
He is also a commonly encountered opponent in most races, being the primarily spawning racer in all cars he drives.
