Oro is the contact for the South Central Tournament, as well as the South Central "Ballerz" Tournament. He invites the player to participate in the South Central Tournament, where they furiously race to the finish line.

• The license plate on Oro’s Audi R8 reads, “Great R8.”
• If one uses a maxed Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 or Ducati 1098R, Oro will spawn in his Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4, despite being lower classed than the Audi R8 4.2 FSi Quattro or Saleen S302 Extreme.
  • This is due to the said bikes' main spawns being the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C6), Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, Lamborghini Murciélago Roadster, Saleen S7 Twin Turbo or Ford Shelby Cobra Concept opponents.
