It is heavily based on the Citroën ZX with some elements from the Peugeot 106.

It is a police vehicle used by the cop NPCs in Paris. The Paris Cop is the second fastest of the three police vehicles in the game, the other being the Tokyo Cop.

It can be unlocked after completing all of the six Paris circuit races in arcade mode.
Trivia[]
- Both the Torque JX and the Paris Cop share the same engine sound.
- One of the car's police sirens is very similar to the siren used on the London Ford Mustang Cruiser in Midtown Madness 2, another title developed by Rockstar San Diego, back when they were known as Angel Studios.
- Both the Stadt and the Paris Cop are the only cars in Paris that are based on French cars.
