Have $1,000,000 in your MCLA bank to unlock the achievement.
Strategy[]
During career, avoid buying any vehicle or visual upgrades, as the money will be wasted due to the Payday mission requiring the player to have $1,000,000, which happens after defeating Booke as the City Champ.
Since having $1,000,000 is required to buy Karol's garage, it is best to save up your money right from the beginning. Simply use the given prize cars in the races requiring them until after winning the Downtown DUB Tournament, which rewards the Lamborghini Murciélago Roadster DUB Edition, which you should use for the rest of the career, since it is one of the fastest vehicles in the game, along with being very easy to handle. However, once level 2 upgrades for group 4 vehicles are unlocked, it is recommended to upgrade the said Lamborghini for $58,880.
Once you become City Champ, sell the DUB cars, especially the Mercedes-Benz S600 and Lamborghini Murciélago Roadster DUB Editions, as they fetch a high value when sold (you can just buy them back after giving the $1,000,000 to Karol)
