Roar is a special ability available in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition and Midnight Club: Los Angeles.

Roar produces a shock wave which pushes traffic, police vehicles and other racers away from the player.
Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition[]
In Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, Roar can only be used by Muscle Cars and Choppers. It is activated by pressing the L3 button (PS2) and LS button (Xbox). This move can be unlocked when completing three races in an appropriate vehicle.
Midnight Club Los Angeles[]
In Midnight Club Los Angeles, any vehicle can use Roar. Up to three "tanks" can be filled, allowing multiple uses.
Also, unlike in the previous game, Roar now knocks off any motorcycle riders from their motorcycles. This is especially making the ability a good use for the Lamborghini cars, due to their all-wheel drive drivetrain, making them easy to handle, especially, due to how frequent Lester and Oswaldo appears in their Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14s.
