This bundle adds all 15 South Central DLC vehicles.
Deliveries[]
10 Delivery Missions in which the player uses the cars from the South Central Premium Upgrade and the Vehicle Packs. These missions can be played out of Doc's Garage.
Rims[]
15 new rims have been added as part of the South Central Premium Upgrade, and can be installed to any car. These rims are free to install, and are listed separately from the non-DLC rims.
Vinyl Packages[]
10 new vinyl packages have been added to the game.

Races[]
26 new races are added to the game that are set in South Central. These races are available from the beginning of the game after buying the DLC pack or having the Complete Edition disc. Completing all of the races in Goal Attack will reward the player the achievement/trophy GOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!!!!.

The contents are included in the Complete Edition of the game. It can be added to the regular edition of the game by purchasing and downloading from either the PlayStation Store or Xbox LIVE. Original list price was $12.49 or 1000 Microsoft Points. The cars still have to be unlocked through Career Mode and purchased with in-game cash, unless they were already a garage partner.
