Toshi is a character in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition (REMIX) that lives in Tokyo. He is a mechanic that works at the Speedway garage under the owner Tomoya. He can be seen either working on a blue Infiniti G35 or a white Nissan Sport Concept
Background[]
Toshi works at the SPEEDWAY garage in Tokyo for garage owner Tomoya where he works on cars. During the cutscenes with Tomoya, Toshi can be seen constantly working on a blue Infiniti G35, however, he can also be seen working on a white Nissan Sport Concept. Toshi seems to be at odds with Tomoya, as he is constantly being shouted at for "crap work" and other reasons. At first, Toshi will be praised by Tomoya to the player, especially saying "even this clown is better than any of those butchers you use in America."
However, as the cutscenes progress, Toshi will continue to be shouted at even more by Tomoya until eventually being fired by him following the player's completion of all Tokyo Challenge tournaments and leaving angrily. In the second cutscene, when working on the Nissan, he is seen to be turning the wrenches very slowly. This could be a possible reason why Tomoya is not satisfied with him because he is possibly slow in his work.

Trivia[]
- From what is seen in the cutscenes, Toshi only speaks Japanese. Although, he does seem to understand Tomoya when he shouts at him in English.
- Toshi shares the same name of a character in Midnight Club: Los Angeles.
- It's a possibility that Toshi could've moved to Los Angeles after being fired from Speedway and improved his English somewhat. However, Toshi in MC3 and Toshi in MCLA could be two very different people.
