Tuner Champ is a mission of Midnight Club: Los Angeles. It is a championship race for Tuners and is given by Julian, the Tuner champ of Los Angeles.
Description[]
After the player defeats Booke and wins 35 races in a tuner car, the player receives a call from Julian, who would be cruising in Hollywood in an orange Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR. The player must be in a Tuner car in order to challenge Julian for the title.
Plot and Walkthrough[]
After defeating Booke, the City Champ and winning 35 races on a tuner car, the Player receives a call from Julian, telling him that he is the Tuner Champ. He would be waiting somewhere in Hollywood in his orange Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR for the player to show up in a tuner car. Attempting to flash the lights on Julian in any non-Tuner car will give the player an error message, telling them to switch to a tuner car in order to race him.
Race[]
The player meets Julian for a race, he drives an orange Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR. The race type is ordered, in a random race in Hollywood. The player is awarded with $6,500, 250 REP. points and "Name that Tuner", a Silver Trophy/20 Gamerscore achievement if they win.
