Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition features a total of 69 vehicles (94 with the REMIX version). It is the first game in the series to use licensed vehicles.
Vehicles in the game are divided into seven categories: import tuners, luxury sedans, SUVs/trucks, exotics/concepts, classic/muscle cars, sports bikes, and choppers. They are also divided into four classes (D, C, B and A), with higher classes being unlocked through winning several races against hookmen in each US city). Some vehicles may be given out as prizes for completing tournaments or car clubs, being delivered to the player's garage instead of having to be bought.
Some Prize Cars may be won in a pre-customized state. These customized presets are painted in metallic black and feature TIS rims, DUB badging and a DUB license plate, as well as a unique DUB-styled body kit, labelled as DUB Editions. There are three DUB Editions in the main game, with two added by the REMIX version of the game.
Class C vehicles are unlocked upon winning 11 Street races in San Diego, while Class B vehicles are unlocked by doing the same in Atlanta, and Class A vehicles being unlocked in Detroit.
The REMIX version added 25 additional vehicles to expand the vehicle selection from 69 to 94. These vehicles are identified with the REMIX text in their car identifier. They can be unlocked either through Tokyo Challenge tournaments or through unlocking the said classes.
The player has a choice of six vehicles at the beginning of the game, with a seventh added by the Remix edition. These vehicles are all Class D, and are allotted by the $22,000 starting cash amount.
The player can only have 30 vehicles in their garage at any point, in which if the player's garage is full, the player must sell one of their vehicles or delete any duplicate versions to free up slots. Any prize vehicles that are won whenever the garage is full will not be placed directly in the player's garage, instead, being awarded the full cash amount the player would have to spend to buy the said vehicle.

Gallery[]
- For a gallery of the vehicles, see Vehicles in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition/Gallery.
DUB Editions[]
DUB Editions are pre-customized versions of certain luxury vehicles that contain a special bodykit, TIS rims, special DUB badging and plate, as well as a metallic black paint job. These cars can be won from certain tournaments as pre-customized versions of several prize cars.
The DUB Editions sell for more than their stock counterpart, likely due to the special DUB Edition parts, and will award more cash than their stock version's purchase cost if their tournament was won with a full garage.
Sounds[]
When a vehicle leaves the garage to load another vehicle, a specific sound plays when the vehicle leaves the garage. In the REMIX version, the vehicle's actual engine sound simultaneously plays with the sounds shown below. This is bugged in the PlayStation 2 REMIX version when a vehicle is highlighted.
