Storyline

Victor is a minor character in Midnight Club: Los Angeles. In the storyline, Hugo calls the player and tells him that Victor wants to race best of three Downtown, in his 2006 Gallardo Spyder. Outside of the storyline, Victor can call the player at random and challenge him to a race, with the location determined by the player.
